This page is likely to be expanded in the future. For now, we'll have a collection of links to other sites that we hope are useful.

ESG Specific Teaching Resources:

• Guide to Teaching at ESG, newly revised. All ESGers in teaching positions should bookmark this, and maybe even generate a hard copy.
• SP.231 Syllabus - All teaching staff involved with ESG must attend the ESP teaching seminar.
• ESG Staff and Teaching Assistants, a comprehensive list of just that, along with e-mail addresses.
• ESG Subject Listings for Fall, IAP, or Spring
• ESG Subjects with material online, which should have more on it than is there.
• ESG Software Demonstration, a collection of uses of Athena software for teaching purposes. We may even have a seminar week devoted to this. (Note: This page has not been updated for a while, and much of it may be archaic.)

General Institute Resources, a hardly comprehensive list:

• MIT ACADEMIC CALENDAR, a good item to have around.
• The MIT Final Examination Schedule will be available soon.
• Rules and Regulations of the Faculty. Yes, that means you. The section on Grades is especially important to ESG teaching staff.
• Term Regulations. Yep, you gotta know about this. A concise version is at Term Regulations for Handout.
• ACS Home Page. "ACS" is the Academic Computing Services of MIT's Information Services and Technology Department, and they have been very good to us.
• Educational Uses of the WWW at MIT, linked from the ACS page, is also useful, and if your subject materials are online, you can ask for a link to this page as well. (ESG subjects are near the bottom.)
• The Teaching and Learning Laboratory, a recent consolidation of several offices. While here, you will want to check out
• The Torch or the Firehose, a classic document now available online to MIT affiliates (that's you!).
