Even though most of the time I won't admit it, I really am quite interested in philosophy. Look around, see what I have to say, and feel free to write. The likelihood of converting me is quite low, but I enjoy an interesting discussion to keep me diverted.
Last summer (1998), from July 8-12, I got a heavy dose of philosophy in the form of humanist ethics and morals when I went to the CFA conference. We got to hobnob with people from the Council for Secular Humanism who publish Free Inquiry, and happen to be the virtually the same people as CSICOP, which publishes Skeptical Inquirer, both of which are interesting magazines.
