block, LF swings open to kumite dache + LL strike, LF steps backwards into
seisan dache + LL strike.
- Left-side overhead strike (RH forward, bo braced in left armpit).
- Pivot around LF to RFF cat stance: lower strike with LH up/RH down.
to left.
- Pivot around LF back to RFF seisan dache: temple strike to right (RH
out, LH tucked into right armpit).
- LH drops down and up into left armpit: overhead strike, still RH
forward.
- Cross-body strike to right (LH forward, RH to shoulder) and back.
- RH reverses grip: thumb towards centre of bo; strike to right temple.
- Bo circles: LH goes left to bring the bo vertical into a low middle
strike; both hands pointed inwards, RH on top.
- Bo recovers: LH drops down to LH-forward overhead strike (RH at shoulder).
- Cross-body strike to left (RH forward, LH to shoulder).
- Step forward into RFF seisan dache. While doing so, LH drops to bring
bo vertical: low middle strike, LH over RH.
- Overhead strike: LH forward, RH to shoulder.
- Temple strike: RH forward, LH to shoulder.
- Pivot around LF so body has turned to left: RFF seiuchin dache, head
facing forward. Gather bo to body while doing so. Thrust to forward.
Reverse RH grip after retraction.
- Pivot around LF to RFF seisan dache: downward block to right: RH down,
LH to armpit, bo is behind right elbow and shoulder.
- Temple strike (LH forward and high) and repeat low right block.
- Overhead strike: RH forward, LH to shoulder.
- Cross-body strike (LH forward, RH to shoulder) and back.
- Pair of vertical strikes: uppercut of LH forward/RH to top of
shoulder, and back.
- Repeat cross-body strikes.
- Pivot around LF to RFF kumite dache: jab, recover to musabi dache +
parry.
