Hi there! Welcome to my homepage!
I'm a Ph.D. student in Operations Research, working with Professors Dimitris Bertsimas and Pablo Parrilo. My research interests include robust and adaptive optimization, decision making under uncertainty and data mining, with applications to finance (portfolio allocation) and logistics (supply chain, inventory management).
Before coming to MIT, I obtained an MS degree in Engineering Sciences from Harvard and a BS degree in EECS from Yale. Going back even more, I was a student at UPB (ACC division) and a graduate of CNMV (both in my motherland, Romania).
