The team of judges will generally post new events for challenges at a rate of approximately one a day from the day the War begins. Scores will be tabulated weekly or biweekly as needed. Artifacts will be mailed or remailed semimonthly. Approximately.
In the event that no octopus acquires all five artifacts within a reasonable time frame, all octopodes with artifacts will be summoned to the Arena of the Final Showdown to decide the fate of the world. Once summoned, they will have no more than 10 days to arrive, with their artifacts.
Should the Final Showdown be required, rules will be distributed then, but rest assured that multiple artifacts will provide an advantage. (And rest assured that the Vizier will show up there regardless.)
