Infrastructure (also organization): To support a large organization,
you probably have to have training academies and other facilities.
Scout space platforms and ships would be good for visibility and
support some of the missions I've mentioned above, but they require
a serious logistical investment.  (And speaking of investment,
at least some thought has to go into how it's all supported, though
with the Brochoah contract and Sparky Cola, we have some leeway.) <p>
