We still don't know whether either Vissarion or Ambros were killed in this battle. (Though it seems likely that at least one of them died, if this act really did end the war.)

2779.237 - It seems Arista believed both her brothers killed in this battle: Arista, who is referred to a lot in records of the period, seems to have gone into official (and permanent) mourning for her brothers after 2453.155, stopped making appearances of any sort, and did not leave Highguard after that.

2779.266 - Lord Stannis believes both Vissarion and Ambros to have been on Ridena when it was destroyed.

2779.275 - Commander Branch believes the final locations of Vissarion and Ambros were: Ridena for Vissarion and Clarion (the flagship, at Ridena-- not clear whether he meant in orbit, or what).
