Puce Ritual

(See comparison with original ritual here)

Red and a bunch of other representatives must go to the Bowl, and make a PrePsi roll with Psi Theory for 11s. They must each attain at least one success per representative present. The representatives should comprise both racial and spatial examples of those to be saved - there should be representatives from enough different places that a spatial area that includes all of them will be likely to include all the planets you want to cover, and there should be representatives from most races if you want to cover all races. This group is called "The Attendants".

Red, Blue, and Green (only) must participate in a gathering of all three, that does something to the star. It really matters not what. Just so the star grabs the signature of the three in a gathering.

Red, Blue and Green have a gathering that does something to Puce. It matters not what.

Blue and Puce go from Gateway with the Star and the Attendants to Craterrock (on the opposite side of the Linked Worlds from the Bowl). Red goes to Juice.

They should use the jump gates to do this, because otherwise it'll go too slowly.

Blue and the Preservers form a gathering (any gathering) and touch the Star. NO ONE ELSE TOUCHES THE STAR.

Blue and Puce form a gathering (any gathering).

People, any people present (with Blue and Puce), need to make fortune rolls with Power Projection for 11s. One roll each. Total successes needed is 10x the number of Attendants. Simultaneously, people, any people present, need to make Perception rolls with Power Projection for 11s. One roll each. Total successes needed is 10x the number of Attendants.

Blue and Puce get as far away from each other as is possible, while maintaining line of sight. The Star must stay near to Puce, who may not touch it. Puce needs to stay physically between the Star and the Bowl (there are particular latitudes that this is good for).

Blue and Puce say "Go" at the right time. It's an interesting question how Green and Red know.

Pick some people, and put them in a Gathering with Red (any gathering) and have them all leap through the North Pole. NO ONE ELSE GOES THROUGH THE NORTH POLE. These people are called the Coordinators.

Pick some people, put them in a Gathering with Green (any gathering) and have them all touch the Bowl. From this moment on, none but these people or Blue may touch the Bowl anymore lest the whole thing have to start over. These people are called "the Defenders".

Red is at the North Pole. People, any people present, need to make PrePsi rolls with Power Projection for 11s. One roll each. Total successes needed is 11x number of Attendants.

Green is at the Bowl. People, any people present, need to make StrPsi rolls with Power Projection for 11s. One roll each. Total successes needed is 10x number of Attendants

Don't let anyone, or anything in! Certainly, don't let anyone not a Defender touch the Bowl.

Don't let anyone not a Coordinator go through the North Pole. Don't let anyone not a Preserver touch the Star.

Don't let anyone do anything to the Star! Or the Bowl! Or the North Pole! Nobody who isn't in the appropriate gathering should touch any of these. Don't let the star get destroyed, or moved about much, or flung into spacetime, etc.

If things last until the crucial moment, the world is saved!

Some amount of time will pass. Every post-10, Red makes a PrePsi roll with Psi Theory for 11s; successes must be at least equal to the number of attendants. Every post-10, Blue makes a Fortune check for 11s with the highest psi talent she has; successes must be at least equal to the number of attendants. Every post-10, Green makes a StrPsi roll for 11s with the highest psi talent she has; successes must be at least equal to the number of attendants. Every post-10, Puce makes a Per roll with his highest psi talent, for 11s; successes must be at least equal to the number of attendants. For every point by which any of the above rolls fail to equal the number of attendants, Puce loses 10 hit points.

Keep it up until the world is saved. If Puce dies before the world is saved, you lose.
