I would like to comment that at least you're getting better — which is perhaps all that can be hoped for. All that you did to me on my recent flight to Ithaca was to delay me in Philadelphia so that I arrived in Ithaca about an hour and ten minutes late and missed my bus from the airport. More significantly, your employees were actually pleasant. All this is nowhere near as bad as my previous three experiences on US Airways, during which my flights were delayed many, many hours (so much so that it would have been faster to drive) and most of your employees were positively surly. In fact the only reason that I came back to US Airways (you will note that up till the time of this most recent flight I hadn't done business with you since September) is that your competitor in the central New York market, Boston-Maine Airways (doing business as Pan Am) recently ceased operation of their scheduled flights between Bedford Massachusetts (BED) and Elmira New York (ELM), leaving me no alternative. Anyway, I'm not certain what you've been doing differently, but perhaps you can do more of it, so that your flights actually operate on time. I would very much like, just once, to experience an entire trip during which every segment operates on time.
