This website makes available some work on the Mass Fluctuation Kinetics (MFK) model.

The novelty of the thesis has been distilled in an enhanced fashion into the paper "Mass Fluctuation Kinetics: Analysis and Computation of Equilibria and Local Dynamics" (accepted for publication in the journal "IET Systems Biology"). Chapters 4 and 5 of the thesis can serve as a fairly complete manual for the software.
The software was developed and tested in MATLAB R2008a. Unfortunately, due to The MathWorks continuously tweaking their data structures, it is guaranteed to work on this release of MATLAB only (the Symbolic Math and SimBiology toolboxes are also required). Note, however, that it is likely to work on other releases as well (with perhaps some minor tweaks by the end user).
