Q is a language for lattice field theory computations. Present release is
a pilot version created in exploration of the language design space. Though
the design is incomplete, it has been used to generate QLA level 1 routines for
the SciDAC project. Presently is support only one backend, ISO/IEC 9899 (aka
ANSI C), but other backends may be added if enough interest is expressed.

Side note: Those, who still think about running a bus, are thereby warned
           not to play with matches.
