I am a first year graduate student in the department of EECS at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), currently pursuing my S.M. degree in Electrical Engineering. I completed my undergraduate studies (B. Tech. Hons.) in 2012 from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT KGP) from the department of Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering.
Currently, I work in the Digital Integrated Circuits and Systems Group supervised by Prof. Anantha Chandrakasan, who is also the department head of EECS at MIT. My research interests include power-management circuits, low-power/ low-voltage memory design.
During my senior year at IIT KGP, I worked with Dr. Pradip Mandal (Department of Electronics) on my B.Tech. project “Design of On-Chip Switched-Capacitor Based High-Voltage DC-DC Buck Converter”.
I was a summer intern at the University of Toronto (Canada) during May-July, 2011. I worked with Prof. Olivier Trescases (Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering) on switched-mode power converter design for Photovoltaic applications.
