tipiX is a tool for very quickly exploring different dimentions of image sets, for example the time-of-day vs seasons in landscape pictures from similar view points, or a medical dataset. It's also useful in visualizing simple datasets like timelapses. Try an example dataset or load your own dataset.
Once loaded, movement with the mouse along x or y can explore different dimensions of the data. tipiX is written and maintained by Adrian Dalca, and is open-sourced on github.
For example, for monthly images, one might use xBins=12 and filenames=http://www.mywebsite/mydata/month_%d.jpg
or for hourly and monthy data: yBins=24, xBins=12 and filenames=http://www.mywebsite/mydata/hourMonth_%d_%d.jpg
