Buckner Atlas

This atlas is based on the buckner40 dataset via ANTS's buildtemplateparallel.sh (to build the template), WarpImageMultiTransform (to morph the segmentations) and majority voting to build the final segmentations. We've named it Buckner60 due to some internal naming strategies.

Two options, in either case a zip contains a folder with the necessary files.

• either download just the template + segmentation file (format: gzipped nifti).
  
  
• alternatively, download an entire 3d slicer scene. This includes the template, segmentation file, segmentation models and a slicer 4 view. You can simply start Slicer, and open the atlas slicer scene file (Slicer 4.0.mrml). You should see something like this:
