Albert H. Chang

I am a graduate student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) working toward my Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (EECS). I am currently a member of Microsystems Technology Laboratories (MTL) working with Professor Duane Boning and Professor Hae-Seung (Harry) Lee. My current research focus is on the Investigation of Process Variation in advanced CMOS Techonology and also the design for manufacturing. My other research interests include digital integrated circuits, analog/mix-signal integrated circuits, nanometer-scale semiconductor devices, device modeling, and communication systems. I received my S.M. degree in EECS from MIT in 2009. Before joining MIT, I received my B.S. degree in EECS from the University of California, Berkeley (CAL) in 2007.
