Compression and Video Communication Lectures

The goal of these lectures is to convey the
basic principles and practice of video compression and video
communication. The lectures focus on the fundamental concepts, with
additional practical details covered in the handouts. Some of the slide sets below provide additional
slides with supplementary material that was not covered in lecture.
