When you specify this option, it will ask you whose key you wish to obtain, and then it will extract that key from the local keyserver, if it can. If there is a key there, PGPMenu will attempt to add the key to your keyring. If all is successful, you will have that key added to your keyring.
After this is all done, PGPMenu will wait for you to tell it to return to the key management menu.
