333 = Sprint
Forward all: 72 + ext.
Unforward all: 73
Forward busy: 74 + ext.
Unforward busy: 75
Forward after rings: 78 + ext.
Unforward after rings: 79
Change rings: 68 + seconds (use leading zero to pad, e.g. 00-60)
 
Put on hold: Flash + 77, don't hang up.
Return to held call: hang up, answer on ring.
Put on hold and call another: Flash + 77 + second phone number.
Alternate between held calls: Flash + 77.
Transfer: Flash, dial MIT number, announce call and hang up.
Conference: Flash, dial second phone number, flash.
Prevent digital ID on MIT phone: 65 + ext.
