Near East. Hummus, roasted eggplant spread, cracker triangle spears with onion seeds, lentils, spinach and feta salad.

The spirit of Todd English takes over Nathan's body and he prepares golden raisin polenta and sweet potato soup.

Fresh bread, grilled trout, roasted squash.

Baked potato (white and sweet) bonanza bar, with multi-bean chili.

Sushi mania, with guest chef Jeffrey! Tuna, salmon, and avocado rolls galore, with fresh miso soup.

Post-Thanksgiving, we go for Southern food. Pulled barbecue chicken, spoon bread, collard greens.

With holiday cheer upon us, we feast on shepherd's pie and eggnog.

The possible end of the unbroken series. Salmon with corn & chili salsa and a chipotle-black bean-ginger beer sauce; green beans; mango pieces; sweet potato fries; watercress salad.

New Year's Day. As a recovery from the revelry, we serve brown bread, corn chowder, and leftover black bean dip.
