EXPERIENCE

Innovative and Creative contribution to the dynamics of Education in chemistry (lectures and experimental) based on a sound understanding of the chemical educational policy across the educational realm and in strong conections with related professional areas.  Experience in designing and conducting multistep synthesis, analyzing, documenting and finalizing results.  Research interests: green chemistry, ionic liquids, catalytic degenerate isomerization of aromatic hydrocarbons, ketene chemistry, stereochemistry of cycloaddition reactions, small rings, polycyclic hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, synthesis of labeled compounds (2H, 13C), heterocyclic compounds, molecular mechanics, ab initio and DFT calculations.  Solid knowledge of organic chemistry laboratory and instrumental techniques (multinuclear NMR, GC/MS, UV, FT-IR).
