Public Transportation
Take the subway (referred to as the “T”) red line to Kendall Square. Take the subway street exit that is located near the back of train if you are coming from Cambridge, near the front of the train if you are coming from Boston / downtown.
** At street level you will be on Main Street, with MIT on one side and the Marriott on the other. Follow Main Street west, away from Boston and cross over Ames Street. The David H. Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research At MIT is located to the left at 500 Main Street. When you enter the building, take the elevators on the right to the 6th floor. When exiting the elevators go to your left and enter the 653 suite; our office is 653D.

Parking and Driving
If you prefer to drive, please note that parking at the Marriott is recommended since finding a space in this area is difficult. Once you've parked, walk across the lobby and exit to the courtyard side of the hotel. Walk directly across Main Street and then follow Main Street west, away from Boston and cross over Ames Street. The David H. Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research At MIT is located to the left at 500 Main Street. When you enter the building, take the elevators on the right to the 6th floor. When exiting the elevators go to your left and enter the 653 suite; our office is 653D.

From the Airport:
Take the Callahan tunnel (not the Ted Williams Tunnel) to Boston, get on route 93N, then soon after take the exit for Storrow Drive. In approximately 1 mile, take the exit for Kendall Square, Cambridge (left hand exit). Take a right over the bridge to Cambridge. Go through one traffic light. You will pass the Marriott Hotel on your left. Park here as recommended above.

To drive directly to 76, at the next traffic light go left and the corner of building 76 is on the right. Building 76 sits on main street, but it may be easer to be dropped off curbside on Ames Street.

From the Mass Pike:
Take the Cambridge exit, go through 2 traffic lights (very close together) and go over the Charles River. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Memorial Drive. The river will now be on your right. Travel a few miles (past the Hyatt Hotel on your left, under Mass Ave, and past a small set of tennis courts on your left). After the tennis courts, take the first left across Memorial Drive on to Wadsworth. Take the first left on to Amherst. To park: Continue to the end of Amherst and take a right on to Ames Street. Go straight through the light at Main Street, then turn right at the next light (Broadway). The Marriott Garage is on the right.
