Fun with xterm

Some example escape sequences that do curious things in xterm are below. In testing these, I've used xterm version 192 from X.org's 6.7.0 release.

• Temporarily halt xterm's output, by not terminating a variable-length field. To recover, generate a non-printable character (e.g. by hitting ^G).
• Asking xterm to send data:
  • Request terminal information
  • Request cursor position
• Print screen contents
