Dear Mr. Gaffney,

Yesterday, I received from you a letter dated December 4, but
postmarked January 5, in which you invited me to "come to [your] main
office to discuss with representatives of the Bank, and if necessary a
representative from our data center, your questions and concerns
regarding the computer conversion."

Perhaps the fact that your letter was dated a month before it was
actually sent was merely an innocent mistake.  Or perhaps you are now
trying to cover up the fact that you have been trying to ignore me for
over six months by making it appear that you sent me this letter a
month before you actually did.

In any case, we are far past the point where I have anything to
discuss with you.  I will be moving my Peoples accounts to another
bank as soon as it is convenient for me to do so.
