Standard Bledington figures, ending with a whole hey.
The Distinctive Figure is a Wave, starting with #1 and going anti-clockwise to the next around the set with each bar of music to #2; bars 7-8 and 15-16 have all bringing arms up for three beats, and then out for the last three beats of the phrase; end with a slight bow, at least of the head, toward the Presence. Bars 9-14 of the chorus have the figure starting with #2 clockwise around the set back to #1. Last two bars arms up and out as above.

Chorus movements are two arms up, foreys, toe-backs and split-jumps. The first two choruses are in approximately waltz time, the two caper choruses are slowed to fit the movement. Capers are modified as necessary to begin on beat 1 and landing on beat 3.

Choreography by Judy Goldsmith (goldsmit@ms.uky.edu) and Andy Klapper (klapper@ms.uky.edu) of Squash Beetle Morris, Lexington, Kentucky.
Chorus music "Lovely Agnes" transcribed from the singing of Chris Levey of Four Corners Morris, Norwich, Vermont; subsequently mangled into 6/8 for the figure music by Ishmael the Fiddler.
