Apple Chops

6 Pork Chops Sage
1 lbs Carrots oregano
5-6 Apples Salt
1 large onion pepper
3x5 baking panbrown sugar

1) Wash and Peel carrot, chop them into uniform "disc" maybe about a quater inch thick or so. Line the bottom of the baking dish with about 3/4 of the carrots.
2) Cut, chop, and dice the onion, I like having a mix of rings and diced bits. once again line the bottom of the pan with about 3/4 of the cut onion
3) Season the chops with pepper, salt, sage, and oregano. Season to taste, but don't just cover the poor chop in spices. Add to pan
4) Add the rest of chopped onions and carrots
5) Wash and cut apples into wedges, try and cut them into 8th. Remove seeds and stem. Place on top of seasoned chops.
6) Lightly sprinkle brown sugar onto the apple chops
7) cover pan with foil
8) Pre-heat the oven to 350
9) Let apple chops cook for 45 minutes, remove from oven and base chops with jucies from the pan
10) let cook an additional 15-30 minutes
