The second is a list of stuff we still need to buy. (Larry, could you take care of the hardware? I'll get the posterboard. If you have time, I can tell you where to go for paint and gaff tape (t-accessible); otherwise I'll do it.) The third is a list of things we still need to build/finish before put-in.
