I'm going to go to Peru for Christmas. I am very excited, but then I 
started thinking about how El Nino affects Peru with rain, flooding, etc.  
How far in advance can we predict if there will be an El Nino, what are the 
clues prior to the actual warming, and do you know if one is coming?
