Concerns Message ID: 854384452.Es I suppose the radiation temperature of a bridge in Winter (some tens of Celsius degrees under zero) to be much higher than an open (or even clouded) winter sky. Could this contribute significantly, besides the wind sheltering and convection limiting effect of bridges? I am a Belgian, male, 54 year old Electrico-Mechanical Engineer (corresponds to MSc level)
