In our Earth's Oceans unit we tested which would freeze faster, fresh or salt water. After placing the same amount of fresh and salt water in the freezer overnight, the fresh water was frozen at 10 degrees celsius. The salt water was not frozen at a temperature of -18 degrees celsius. We wondered how cold it would have to be for our salt water to freeze.
