Written materials:
Bill will check in with those people who volunteered to write scenarios last fall and make sure they can still do it. Scenarios need to be written by April 18 and posted to e_mail for review. Lisa will summarize the history and post at the same time as the scenarios. The written materials need to be mailed out in time for folks to receive by Monday, April 27.

Carolyn will research the history of site searches and rental searches and collect in a binder for folks to puruse at the weekend.

Agenda and purpose of weekend:
We discussed the purpose and agenda of the weekend. We acknowledged that people will be coming with different needs and desires and we will need to accommodate that. In particular some people are looking toward continuing the energy we have built up for finding a suitable home for DNE and others are more interested in achieving a greater integration of the community into a more unified direction. We decided on trying to focus people on describing what each scenario would need to make it an acceptable scenario. So for instance, those people who are opposed to purchasing would define what a site would need to be acceptable for them to consider purchase as a viable option. People who are opposed to returning indefinitely to Camp Mataponi would focus on what a long term rental would need to be acceptable to them. With this being our focus we all felt like we would have a great deal more success at reaching general agreement.

We also reiterated a prerequisite for attending the Wisdom Weekend. Everyone coming will have to read the written materials (history of CSC and scenarios) before Saturday, May 2. We will allow for an ad hoc scenario on Saturday. If someone can only come for one day that day will have to be Saturday. Everyone who attends on Sunday will have been there Saturday.
