space-time (?) barrier around "green"

Description: A barrier of some sort around green, our dimension. (Is this even the right word? It's close enough, I think.) Most likely originally put of by one or more of the red as the attempted to subvert the red-blue contest to their own ends, which are still not entirely clear.
