Other Appearances: First identified as Blaine McPherson at the bank robbery by the gang with super-powered gear.

Apparent Powers: Can fly, shrink, make things appear and disappear, and has a force field.

Affiliations: Blue Team

Goals:

Notes: Seems to have been associated with Energy Dude and his compatriots. Within 24 hours of having his identity published in the newspapers, his house was burned down.
