Building.

1. check everything out to new folder
2. make sure none of the directory names ended up in upper case
3. change coeus.properties to point to my local webserver
4. compile – Build all – gov, org, web-inf – (I increased heap size so I don’t have to compile separately) – increa
5. copyant (run target all) – checks version and copies to client
6. copy coeusAppletTest and compile client side
7. edit server.xml – make sure it is right..in docs and settings / .netbeans (should be ok)
8. start server
9. run coeusAppletTest

may have to remove ojdbc14.jar from web-inf/lib folder

change soap_server.properties
