Big Mama Thornton.

Willie Mae Thornton was the singer who had the original hit of 'Hound Dog' before Elvis had it. She also wrote 'Ball and Chain' which Janis Joplin covered. This was taken at Jonathan Swifts in Harvard Square about a year before she died.
