Taking clear minutes

  1. Write down who's there and choose shorthand.
  2. Listen. Catch the essence. Write down a few words from each person.
  3. Don't let the topic change without closure.
    1. Was there a decision? Agree on it.
    2. Was there an action item? For what individual? Agree on it.
