In recognition of Charter Day (April 10), the MIT150 Steering Committee invites the community to visit http://web.mit.edu/mit150/ to learn about the 150th anniversary program. This introductory web site provides an overview of the academic and service programs, exhibits and events that will fill the 150-day celebration period, Jan. 7 through June 5.
The MIT150 program is under development and this phase I site will be updated as information becomes available. The committee encourages departments, labs, centers, student groups, and other campus organizations to begin thinking about participating in the Sesquicentennial Open House, and welcomes community input in building the FAQ. The fully featured MIT150 web site will be revealed in January 2011. In the meantime, please contact the committee with questions and ideas.
