To send your Alinco product in for service, please follow the instructions below:

1.	Write your name, mailing address, day and evening phone numbers, fax, and e-mail address if available, model and serial number of the product. Please include a description of the problem that you are having. Use as much detail as possible so our technicians can duplicate that specific problem.

For non-warranty repair, please enclose an estimate fee of $20.00. We accept Visa or MasterCard, or you can send a check or money order made out to the service center that you choose. This fee covers the estimate and return shipping if you decide not to have the product repaired. If you authorize us to do the repair, this fee will go toward the repair charge.

3.	For warranty repair, please provide proof of purchase such as a dealer's sales-invoice or receipt that shows the date of purchase. NO $20 estimate fee is necessary.

4.	Send in the main unit only. Please do not include accessories, unless the problem you are having involves an accessory. Use a rigid carton and adequate packing materials to avoid shipping damage.

We strongly suggest you use UPS / FEDEX / US PRIORITY MAIL etc., so that in case of shipping trouble you may trace the package easily. We also recommend that you insure the package. To avoid confusion, if you are using shipping-tags typed with a company name, please show your full name as a sender on the tags also.
