These PnP spec files come from Microsoft's ftp site,
ftp.microsoft.com:/pub/developr/Plug-and-play

The .DOC files were converted to PostScript with Word 6 on a Mac, which is
kind of imperfect, and (for example) used several fixed-with fonts that cut
off the right side of each line and didn't convert images. 
If you have a better Word-to-ps converter, let me know.
