Jazz festivals that are of interest to vocal jazz ensembles:

• the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival is being held Feb. 19-22 1997 on the campus of the University of Idaho in Moscow. Both the homepage and the e-mail address will change sometime after this year's festival.
• the International Association of Jazz Educators (IAJE) conference, in Chicago in January 1997.
