MIT Strategic Games Society

Welcome to SGS! The MIT Strategic Games Society (SGS) is an MIT gaming group that meets weekly to play board games, card games, and RPGs (role-playing games), as well as the occasional war game. Some of the most commonly played games are Titan, Power Grid, Battlestar Galactica, St. Petersburg, Agricola, and Puerto Rico, as well as card games like Wizard and Tichu. SGS has a large collection of games available for playing at the club and for members to check out. We are very friendly to newcomers – prior gaming experience is completely unnecessary, as people are always happy to teach people how to play.

SGS meets every Friday at 7 pm in 50-316! Feel free to just drop by. If you want to be notified of when we're open other times, request to join the SGS mailing list by emailing sgs@mit.edu.
