But the trouble ain't over... "The Sacramento Attorney General' Office this week initiated proceedings to bring him to trial in Sacramento. If convicted, he will face a fine up to $5,000 and a maximum of three years in prison." And here we see the quality of the LA Times net reporting: "Law enforcement officials said the case appeared to be the first involving a threat to a public official over the Internet." Hello?
