Baker is charged with criminal
"transmission in interstate or foreign commerce of a communication
containing any threat to kidnap any person or any threat to injure
the person of another," under 18 U.S.C. s 875(c).
This crime is a federal felony, carrying a maximum sentence of
5 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
