Subject: Would I hunt SEN. Tom Leslie ??? Since it appears that the post has frightened some people - let me offer some clarification. Do I recommend that we hunt down and kill Tom Leslie and his family? NO. Not as long as it is illegal to do so. Read the post again. "Instead of hunting mountain lions in California" refers to the passage of the proposition and that mountain lion hunting becomes law. "Let us declare open season on State SEN TIM LESLIE, his family, everyone he holds near and dear, the Cattlemen's association and anyone else who feels that LIONS in California should be killed" refers to the passage of a LAW allowing such action, which anyone with an IQ above 90 knows is absurd. Would I hunt down Tim or anyone else - no Would I support such an action - no Would I be happy if some nut actually did such a thing? YES, just like a German Jew would have celebrated the death of hitler. So - If California would pass a law allowing the hunting of hunters - than, and only then, would I go out, buy a gun, and become a hunter. However, I believe in America I have the right to pray for the death of anyone I want for any reason I want. And in that vein, I still say let us pray for the death of those who want to kill mountain lions for sport. --
