ATTENTION ALL PRO-SEX ANTI-CENSORSHIP WIMMIN!!! 


We are forming an action group called the Clittoral Hoods to explore

erotica from a female perspective and fight the CMU administration's

patronizing decision to censor "offensive" (read:sexually explicit) images from

our bboard system because of their concern for our fragile sensibilities. 


The situation gets more critical daily as the Dread Censorship Committee

gets more and more bogged down in debating the "morals" of pornography

and declines to discuss the *real* issue, academic freedom. Instead, they

talk about sexual harassment, Playboy, Penthouse and "Ulysses". There

have also been several blantantly homophobic incidents. This Thursday,

the committee was placed under gag order -- they are not to reveal their

internal proceedings to anyone, so they can censor free from scrutiny.


This looks like a job for....THE CLITTORAL HOODS!!!


It's time for all wimmin to stand and claim our right to enjoy sex and

participate in open discourse about sex!


Our first planning meeting for The Hoods will be Monday, December 5 at

8pm at the Craig St. Arabica. You are welcome to bring any female

friends who are concerned about this issue, any literature on pro-sex

feminism, any erotica you think we might find

educational/useful/enjoyable, and your ideas on how to make this campus

respect women's sexualities.


This meeting is for wimmin only! Tell the boyz to deal with it!!!!
