Terrier Parking (Solution)

Strategy
In this puzzle you turn student schedules into GPS coordinates for Boston University parking lots, which are lettered. Here's what you should do:
- GPS coordinates are all at Boston University and the color's are Boston University's colors, and Boston University is the Terriers: this is a BU Puzzle.
- The first letter of the names of the students spell "CLASSNUM" which is a clue that you should find out the class numbers of the classes they are taking.
- Find the class held in the given room of the given building at the given time from the schedule taught by the given teacher. Use the BU Class Schedule Search by the teacher and the room number to find the class. The teacher and time should uniquely determine the class, unless there are two teachers with the same name, in which case the room should define it.
- The building is extra information provided to give us a way to clue how to turn the class numbers back into GPS coordinates. You can use this to confirm that you found the correct class if needed. The School and College Abbreviations section of this page will be used in this solution. They can also be used with the BU Maps and Google Maps to find the buildings by their GPS coordinates.
- Red classes are latitude and white classes are longitude; this is why the 42. and -71. are outlines filled in by those colors respctively. Concatenate the respective colored class numbers to give a coordinate that is near BU. Since this is a BU puzzle, prepend 42, -71 to get the coordinates you're making to also be at BU. This also helps determine which class should come first in the concatination. If you do it the wrong way, most of them won't be near BU.
- The solved coordinates are in BU parking lots. This is confirmed by the puzzle title.
- The extraction is based on the parking lots, which are lettered. Read off these letters in the order given by the schedules to get the answer COLANDER.
