MIT's two kosher kitchens, in the Religious Activities Center, are run by MIT Hillel. They are under the supervision of the Va'ad Harabonim of Massachusetts. The meat kitchen is a full institutional size catering kitchen, the dairy kitchen is smaller. All kitchen use must be reserved in advance with Hillel and supervised by the Hillel mashgichim (kosher supervisors) To reserve the kitchens contact hillel@mit.edu. To arrange supervision, first check Kitchen Kashrut and then contact mashgiach@mit.edu. All kitchen users must consult the Guidelines for Kitchen Use, the Kitchen Kashrut, and the Kosher Certifications sections. |
