Most dances are on the 2nd or 4th floor of the Student Center (84 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge MA), or in Lobby 13.

All welcome, especially students! No partner or experience is necessary. All dances are taught.

PE credit is available for MIT students who attend 6 contra dances from 9/11/07 through 10/23/07! Register for "Dance - Contra/Am Folk" in the PE Department lottery from August 29 until September 5, 2007 at noon, or in person at the first class. Everyone is welcome at all dances, whether taking the class or not. See the Physical Education web page for lottery/registration information and schedule. |

Students and others are welcome to sit in with the band and/or call dances
in this series! Feel free to bring an instrument and join the band at any dance whose listing below indicates that sit-ins are welcome.
All dances are from 8:00 to 10:30 PM.
