Home Ideals and Values Sisters Leadership Philanthropy Our House Recruitment Members Only		So what does our Vice President of Education do for the Chapter?   As VP Education, my primary duty is to educate the incoming new member class on Alpha Chi Omega from the time they accept their bids to the time they are initiated as sisters.  This not only means teaching them our history, traditions, values and ideals through new member meetings and retreats, but also conveying to them how profound Alpha Chi's sisterhood really is by integrating them into the chapter as quickly as possible through class mixers and other chapterwide events.  In doing so, I strive to help them figure out what AXO can mean to them and to make them realize that they are just as important to our sisterhood as the upperclassmen are.  By the time they are initiated, every single new member should have a sense of purpose in our sorority and I hope that through this fall's Education program, they will become as enthusiastic about AXO as I am today.
