My chief responsibilitiy, spearheading the recruitment of our new member classes, is of the utmost importance to the chapter's legacy and livelihood. During the recruitment process, I serve as a liason between our sorority and Panhel. It is my job to inform the chapter of recruitment rules, oversee recruitment party planning committees, and teach our sisters about the recruitment schedule and process.
