The cost of a unit is its card's cost divided by its squad size.

For example, upgrading a cost-50 soulborg to a cost-100 soulborg would
require rolling higher than (100-50)/5 = 10.  Ugrading a Zettian Guard
(cost 70, 2 members) to a Deathwalker 8000 (cost 130, 1 member) would
require rolling higher than a (130-35)/5 = 19.
